Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to BJ Technologies. Sometimes we need information to deliver services that you desire; this privacy policy relates to BJ Technologies and its products. We hope that the following statement clarifies how BJ Technologies handles any personally identifiable information ('PII') you may send to us via the Internet (Google Play). When you download our Android applications, we do not collect any personally identifiable information from you. To be more clear, we do not ask customers to register before downloading the app, nor do we keep track of their visits to our app, nor do we have a server to store such personal information. The only situation we may get access to your PII is when you personally decide to email us your feedback or to provide us with a bug report. The PII we may get from you in that situation are strictly limited to your name, email address and your survey response only. We guarantee that your PII will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information (e.g. your name and email address) for any other purposes, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gains. We do not: store or share any personal information of contacts from Your address book or provide reverse number look up of contacts from Your address book.

Your Interactions with Other Users

• 1. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPANY CURRENTLY DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS. THE COMPANY ALSO DOES NOT VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF ITS USERS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS.

  2. The Company is not responsible for the conduct of any user. In no event shall the Company, its affiliates or its partners be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users or persons you meet through the Service. You agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person, or if you decide to send money to another user. In addition, you agree to follow the Company's safety tips, located in the Service, prior to using the Service. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to other users.

  3. Predators can be anywhere. Users are advised to not to share any personally identifiable or important information on the platform. Users are also advised to not to agree to meet offline.

Cookies:

Ads- BJ Technologies may employ third-party partners to display advertisements. These ad providers only use cookies to identify your device and then display you adverts that are relevant to the type of app you are using. Verified Privacy International confirms that we do not disclose any of our users' data with Admob, Facebook, or any third parties. We incorporate advertising from reputable sources such as Admob and Facebook. We do not share any of our users' information with Admob or Facebook.

Information Security:

Without the user's approval, BJ Technologies does not gather any information. We do not keep or share any information about our users.

Android Device Permission:

To execute certain operations for you, BJ Technologies requires specific permissions within the app. We don't have access to personal information, don't store it, and don't share it with others. According to Google Play rules, all permissions are declared within the program.

 • Children's Personal Space We are dedicated to safeguarding children's privacy. Personal information from minors under the age of 13 is not knowingly collected by us.

• Changes to the Privacy Policy BJ Technologies may, in its sole discretion, change this Privacy Policy from time to time, any and all changes will be reflected here and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the bottom of this Privacy Policy, so please review it periodically.
